LB|REWARDS
PLATINUM members can take advantage of luxury travel’s most generous and innovative rewards programme. For each booking you make online with LuxuryBARED, you will earn 3% of the booking value (excluding taxes and fees) as credit to your LB|Rewards account. These can be exchanged for luxury shopping certificates at the following upmarket retailers; Harvey Nichols, Selfridges, John Lewis, Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman. You have complete flexibility on what you purchase with your LB|Rewards points, so enjoy some retail therapy on us.

 

  • LB|Rewards are points based on 3% of any online booking value (excluding all taxes and fees)
  • Points will be allocated 90 days after your hotel check out. Points cannot be claimed before this date
  • You can exchange your points for luxury shopping certificates any time up to 24 months after your hotel check out date. After this period any unclaimed points will automatically be lost
  • No points will be allocated for cancelled bookings
  • Points cannot be transferred to non-members
  • LB|Rewards only applies for online bookings and excludes bookings made through LB|Private

 


To claim your points

LuxuryBARED will keep records of your LB|Rewards points. When you are ready to use your points simply advise our member services team on lbrewards@luxurybared.com and let us know which retail brand you would like your shopping certificates for. We will arrange for them to be sent to you within 14 working days.
