Situated in the prestigious Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club development, the Park Hyatt Dubai is the perfect antidote to Dubai’s hustle and bustle. Head here to escape the crowds, enjoy quiet surroundings and partake in leisurely games of golf.
A waterfront retreat, the Park Hyatt Dubai overlooks the Dubai Creek, and there’s a serene ambience here. However, if that craving for outside activities comes calling – including lazy afternoons at the gold souk, Jumeirah’s beautiful beaches or the towering Burj Khalifa – everything is within easy reach.
Low rise and combining white architecture with subtle Arabic influences and a touch of the Moorish and Mediterranean both outside and in, the overall style is refreshingly understated compared to other hotels in Dubai. Most of the guest rooms and suites offer stunning views across Dubai Creek. For additional space, opt for one of the suites with a separate living area and a private balcony from which to enjoy the creekside views – they are definitely worth it.
One of the biggest draws of the Park Hyatt Dubai is that it is one of the best places for a luxury golf holiday since it is adjacent to the 18-hole course at the Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club. Most who come to Dubai for golf, also play a few rounds at the Emirates Golf club in Dubai Marina too, and the hotel’s concierge team is happy to arrange your tee times at both.
If golf isn’t your thing, the hotel has some lovely low-key pastimes to fill your day, including pampering at the Amara Spa which has a delightful setting amongst private courtyards. There’s also a 25-metre swimming pool with a whirlpool in each corner, a sun-deck and a pool bar. There’s also a Ferretti souvenir store that sells items such as leather bags and beachwear.
When you’re feeling peckish, head to the pastry boutique, Pistache, for homemade sweet treats, but for something more substantial, take your pick of several top-rate venues. Book in at Brasserie du Park for French cuisine accompanied by panoramic views of the yachts at the yacht club, whilst NOÉPE offers the chance to enjoy a dining experience similar to that you might find on Cape Cod, with white decor and an ocean breeze. There’s also the Thai kitchen which serves a superb take on Bangkok’s street food.
