Singapore Airlines provides an excellent business class product, the result of high-level, detailed consideration and execution for almost every element of the customer travel experience.

Efficient and friendly inflight staff, a high standard of food and drink, good lounges, quality inflight entertainment, and exceptionally clean aircraft interiors contribute to the carrier’s consistently high traveler ratings. The product isn’t perfect, though, as the carrier’s business class seat, while spacious and providing excellent privacy, misses full marks in seat comfort. Furthermore, some of the carrier’s customer service levels before and after flights are just plain terrible. Overall, however, Singapore continues to provide one of the world’s top business class products. Not the best, but one of the top ten.
